Dear customers, if you encounter any problems due to the violation of the terms of use of the service, you can share your concerns with Shatel Voice of the Customer department by submitting your complaint. For example, issues such as:
- Changes in service quality not mentioned in the agreement
- Receiving no reply on your request
- Improper tone of the experts when responding to the customer
