Service Renewal

As the service period ends, you need to renew your internet service. You can renew Shatel high speed internet service in one of the following ways:

Renew ADSL2+ Service Online

To renew your high-speed internet service online, all you have to do is visit www.my.shatel.ir or MyShatel application, and go to “service renewal” section, pay the latest bill and renew your service for the next period.

In-person at Shatel Customer Affairs Offices

You can also renew the Internet service by going to Shatel headquarters or agents across the country and paying the latest bill.

On the Phone if User’s Balance is Positive

If your balance is positive or in other words you are a creditor after paying the last bill, you can renew the internet service according to your present credit.
